Hacen todo más fácil:
Si usas trucos para organizarte, no tienes que pasarte horas y horas frente al libro. Aprendes más rápido y entiendes mejor.Recuerdas las cosas por más tiempo:
Si solo lees o memorizas rápido, lo olvidarás igual de rápido. Las técnicas como subrayar, hacer resúmenes o practicar con esquemas te ayudan a quedarte con la información por mucho tiempo.Te preparan para lo que viene:
En el secundaria, año que viene, y en la vida, necesitas aprender cosas nuevas todo el tiempo. Si sabes cómo estudiar bien, todo será mucho más fácil.
¿Qué técnicas te pueden ayudar?
Subrayar lo importante:
No necesitas leerlo todo mil veces. Si subrayas lo más importante, es como sacar lo que de verdad importa de todo lo demás.Hacer esquemas o mapas mentales:
¿Te cuesta recordar? Dibuja un mapa con colores, palabras clave y flechas. Así es más fácil entender y recordar.Repasar poco a poco:
No intentes aprenderlo todo la noche antes del examen. Si repasas un poco cada día, será más rápido y menos pesado.Haz preguntas mientras estudias:
Cuando leas algo, pregúntate: "¿Por qué pasa esto? ¿Cómo lo explico con mis palabras?". Si puedes responder, significa que ya lo entendiste.
"Estudiar no es solo para pasar los exámenes, sino para que entiendas cómo funciona el mundo.
Las técnicas de estudio son como superpoderes: hacen que tu cerebro trabaje más rápido y mejor.
Y lo mejor de todo, te dejan tiempo para hacer lo que más te gusta después.
